Tekashi 6ix9ine Served With Arrest Warrant — While In Jail

HOUSTON, TX – A Houston judge has reportedly issued a bench warrant for Tekashi 6ix9ine’s arrest despite his current incarceration. The controversial rap figure was expected to appear in court on Thursday (December 20) for an alleged assault that went down at H-Town’s Galleria Mall in January.

According to TMZ, the judge knew about 6ix9ine’s situation but simply followed protocol and issued the warrant anyway. The Brooklyn-bred artist was accused of choking 16-year-old Santiago Albarran during a scuffle at the mall.
